The Corset-a new addition

My wardrobe has a new addition now. I don't purchase stuff willy nilly as it ends up unwarn, unloved very quickly. As you all know by now I love rubber and I collect all sorts of items in this glorious material. The other week I was browsing in Void for a top. I like this little shop, nice accessories, spiked cuffs, good belts etc. I had no real idea of what I wanted just that it had to be fitted, and must show off the assets-the top half ones! Lol. I scanned the room and my eyes were drawn as they have been before to their corsets. I have never worn corsets. They look restrictive for 'work'-my real time visitors will vouch that I like to move about, be able to clamber onto the operating table to sit on slaves chest as I clamp the rebreather to his face, so have simply dismissed them. I'm looking at these lovelies in a new light. There are different styles, necklines and cuts but then I'm probably preaching to the converted here! I ask to try a couple on. It's black, heavy cotton with a lovely embossed pattern-with about 20 hooks to wrestle with! Maybe best left until I'm more accomplished I think! Next I try on a red satin one. Just a dozen hooks to deal with here. The lady who's very kindly helping me wraps it around me, lines up the loops to pins then stands behind me, grasps the laces and with one firm pull transforms a sturdy piece of material into this beautiful item of ageless, retro, old school beauty. I, like the corset am hooked. I'm in, my waist is even smaller-happy days! And the assets?? Ooh hello you two, up there on show yet firmly held in. They're going nowhere. How do I know? I pogo'd in the changing room! A quick lesson in how to lace alone, and I'm good to go. I can't wait to get to get it home, get into it along with some rubber to set it off and get Mr Z to take some lovely pictures of it. Initial reports say this is a good purchase. Better late than never!! Enjoy
